RECONFIGURATION OF WALLS PIONEER VALLEY CHINESE IMMERSION CHARTER SCHOOL AT 300 VENTURE WAY HADLEY, MASSACHUSETTS 01035
Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Reconfiguration of Walls at 300 Venture Way, Hadley, MA 01035.
The work involves improvement of the fire rating on demising walls, removal of several walls to widen hallways, reconfiguration of several rooms and a limited amount of wiring, wall tile, duct fire dampers, and a few sprinkler heads, all limited to part of the first floor.
Estimated construction cost is two hundred thousand dollars ($ 200,000). DCAMM certification in the General Construction category is required.
Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A through 44J. State mandated prevailing wage rates must be paid according to M.G.L. Chapter 149 sections 26-27H.

Bids will be accepted from eligible bidders digitally (only), and shall be received at the office of PVCICS ralcorn@pvcics.org until 2pm Friday October 17, 2025 at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid security in the form of a bid bond, cash, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the total bid price must accompany the bid. Cash or certified checks for bid bonds must arrive at the physical office of PVCICS, 317 Russell Street, Hadley, MA 01035 prior to the bid deadline noted above.
A contractor briefing will be held at 300 Venture Way 10.08.2025 at 10 am.
