Bus Information
PVCICS offers two types of busing:
Local shuttles to nearby locations that are east (Stop and Shop) and west (Holy Redeemer Church) of the school on Rt. 9.
Remote buses to Deerfield, Greenfield, South Hadley, Holyoke, Chicopee, and Springfield. New in SY27, there are two stops in Chicopee, Sarah Jane Sherman Park and Price Rite.
Parents must register for busing in advance and students can not “drop in” to use the buses. Parents/guardians must be at bus stops on time to pickup their child (ren).
PVCICS offers free busing to families who receive Free/Reduced lunch. Families must be registered in the Massachusetts Direct Certification database (see https://dtaconnect.eohhs.mass.gov for info) or fill out a Free/Reduced Lunch Application (see https://pvcics.org/student-resources/lunch) .
Riding the school bus is a privilege not a right. Any infraction of the bus rules may result in the loss of this privilege.

Bus Registration
Parents/guardians must register their child(ren) in advance for the school buses (remote buses and local shuttles). Please click here to register.
Car Line Curbside Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Parents/guardians who are driving their students to school must drop off and pick up their students at their assigned school site (300 Venture Way for K/1st graders or 317 Russell Street for 2nd-12th graders). Car line students may not get on a school bus because the buses are for registered bus students only. Families with students at both sites must pick up at both sites.

Student Parking at PVCICS
Due to limited parking spaces for staff, there is no student parking available at our school parking lot.
