After-School for K-5

The After-School program for PVCICS students in Kindergarten through 5th grade is run by the Hampshire YMCA and it is on-site afterschool at PVCICS.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year starts May 6th at 8:00am.

To register, parents/guardians should send the hardcopy forms below directly to the Welcome Center at the Hampshire YMCA in Northampton.

Forms:

• YMCA School Age Child Care Enrollment Form 2025-2026

• YMCA School Age Payment Agreement Form 2025-2026

• (if applicable) Individual Health Care Plan

Please note the following when registering for the 2025-2026 school year program:

1. Registration is NOT available online. All completed paperwork must be submitted in person at the Welcome Center at the Hampshire Regional YMCA. Forms can be printed at home or obtained at the Welcome Center.

2. The SACC Enrollment Form, Payment Agreement, and Individual Health Care Plan (if applicable) must be completed and submitted at the time of registration.

3. New this year: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at registration per child. This replaces the first month’s payment previously required.

4. Families are eligible for a 5% sibling discount.

5. Children may enroll for the following schedule options:

1. Monday through Friday

2. Tuesday & Thursday only

3. Monday, Wednesday & Friday only

6. Enrollment is not guaranteed at the time of submission. Families will receive an email confirming their registration status.

7. Financial assistance is available! The YMCA offers financial aid to qualifying families, and we also accept vouchers through Seven Hills. If you are interested in financial assistance, please reach out to Mark Cabral at Mark.Cabral@HRYMCA.org.Additional information:
