After-School for K-5

The After-School program for PVCICS students in Kindergarten through 5th grade is run by the Hampshire YMCA and it is on-site afterschool at PVCICS.

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year starts Tuesday, May 7th at 8:00am.

To register, parents/guardians should send the hardcopy forms below directly to the Welcome Center at the Hampshire YMCA in Northampton.

Forms:

• YMCA School Age Child Care Enrollment Form 2024-2025

• YMCA School Age Payment Agreement Form 2024-2025

• (if applicable) Individual Health Care Plan

Please note the following when registering for the 2024-2025 school year program:

1. Registration is NOT done online, the attached paper work needs to be completed and turned into the Welcome Center at the Hampshire Regional YMCA. You are welcome to print out the forms or obtain them from the Welcome Center.  

2. The SACC enrollment form, Payment Agreement and, Individual Health Care Plan (if applicable) must be completed and turned into Welcome Center staff at the Hampshire Regional YMCA at the time of registration.

3. First month’s payment is due at the time of registration. 

4. Families are eligible for a 10% sibling discount.

5. Children can be enrolled Monday through Friday, Tuesday & Thursday only, or Monday, Wednesday & Friday only. 

6. Enrollment is not guaranteed at the time paperwork is submitted at the Hampshire Regional YMCA.  You will receive an email confirming your registration status.
