Bus Schedules 2026-2027

Note: Busing is subject to change but we will try to notify families as far in advance of any changes.
Parents/guardians must register their student(s) to ride a remote bus or the local Rt. 9 shuttle bus. New in 2026-2027:
· In the mornings, buses will stop at 300 Venture Way to drop off K and 1st graders and then stop at 317 Russell Street to drop off 2nd-12th graders. Students must get off at their assigned school site.
· At dismissal, K and 1st bus riders and registered YMCA after-school students will be transported from 300 Venture Way to 317 Russell Street to board their bus or attend YMCA afterschool. No other K/1st grade students or K/1st grade siblings of students at 317 Russell Street, are allowed on the campus shuttle.
· Note: Parents/guardians who are driving their students to school must drop off and pick up their students at their assigned school site. They may not just put their students on a bus.
Remote Buses
There are remote bus routes with bus stops listed below in parentheses. The bus stop times are below. Students must ride their ASSIGNED bus at all times. We will assign siblings to the same bus. The remote buses are:
· Bus 1 - Springfield ONE (Springfield only, no other stops)
· Bus 2 - Springfield TWO (Chicopee@Sarah Jane Park and Springfield)
· Bus 3 - North (Deerfield, Greenfield, Stop and Shop@Hadley
· Bus 4 - South (South Hadley and Chicopee@Price Rite)
· Bus 5 – Southeast (Holyoke, Holy Redeemer Church on Rt. 9)
All times are subject to change. All pick up/drop off times are subject to traffic and weather delays.
Arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the posted time to ensure you are there when the bus arrives. Any student not picked up at the shuttle stop or remote bus stop will be brought back to PVCICS and must be picked up at PVCICS. Any student late to the Rt. 9 shuttle in the morning will need to be driven to PVCICS.
Bus stops may be eliminated due to lack of ridership.
When school has a scheduled early dismissal (i.e. “half day”), please click on School Calendar for the Bus times.
Please obey local traffic laws and do not block the buses from arriving or leaving the lots.

Afternoon drop-off – 3:50 PM for Bus 1 and 4:00 PM for overflow on Bus 5. Note: students must only ride their assigned afternoon shuttle.

Springfield - St. John’s Congregational Church, 45 Hancock Street (Bus 1 and 2)

Two buses stop here and students must ride their assigned bus unless the school deems it necessary to reassign students.
Morning pickup - 7:20 am departure from the lot for both Springfield ONE (Bus 1) and Springfield TWO (Bus 2).
Afternoon drop-off - 4:50 pm for both Springfield ONE (Bus 1) and Springfield TWO (Bus 2).
