Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Stormwater Drainage Repairs at 300 Venture Way, Hadley, MA 01035.

 

The work involves site improvements to two (2) existing stormwater basins as shown on set of plans prepared by Heritage Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated August 3, 2025 and located on the easterly side of the existing building.  Project includes re-grading of existing basins, installation of stone filter strips, outlet control structures, rip-rap areas and seeding Estimated construction cost is one hundred thousand dollars ($ 100,000). No prequalification is required.

 

Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M. State mandated prevailing wage rates must be paid according to M.G.L. Chapter 149 sections 26-27H.

An on site project walk-thru is planned for Wednesday, 08.27.25.at 10 am and will be conducted by Heritage Land Surveying and Engineering.

 

Bids will be accepted from eligible bidders digitally (only), and shall be emailed to the office of PVCICS, 317 Rusell Street, Hadley, MA 01035 at ralcorn@pvcics.org until 2:00 pm, Friday, 09.05.25 at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud.  A bid security in the form of a bid bond, cash, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the total bid price must accompany the bid. Cash or certified checks for bid bonds must arrive at the physical office of Roy S. Brown prior to the bid deadline noted above.

 

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, should it be deemed in the public interest to do so.
