EXECUTIVE SESSION

· Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(1): To discuss complaints or charges brought against a public officer and staff member (Principal, Executive Director and the Board) and 

· Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(7): To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law (approval of executive session minutes). The Board will not return to open session at the conclusion of Executive Session and will adjourn therefrom

· Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(3): To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares

· Adjourn
