EXECUTIVE SESSION
· Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3): To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
· Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(7): To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law (approval of executive session minutes). The Board will not return to open session at the conclusion of Executive Session and will adjourn therefrom
