·        Vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A section 21(a)(2): To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel and/or to conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Principal). The Board will not return to open session at the conclusion of Executive Session and will adjourn therefrom. 

·        Adjourn – Roll Call Vote
