Holiday Cookie Dough Fundraiser

Order gourmet cookie dough in frozen pint size containers from Hot Oven Cookies, a local black-owned business. Funds raised will support the PVCICS Black Student Union. Dough comes in 12 oz pints of cookie dough you can bake into six large (2 oz) sized cookies or twelve regular (1 oz) size cookies (or whatever size works for you).
Please order from December 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025. Items will be sent home with students OR must be picked up at school on December 17th (or December 18th, 2025 if needed). We are unable to ship the cookie dough so do not fill out that option in the payment page.
Cookie dough flavors (note: all are non-alcoholic, cookies are made in a facility where peanut products are made):
-Dark Chocolate + Sea Salt Chip (Caramel Cookie Dough with dark chocolate chips, and extra vanilla)
-Cake Batter (Very Vanilla Cheesecake Sugar Dough)
-Coquito Snickerdoodle (Cinnamon Cheesecake Sugar Dough, Cinnamon, Coconut Rum, Coconut extract, Vanilla)
-Blackout Brookie (Gluten friendly)
Baking instructions are below (scroll to bottom).
Baking Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees (Conventional or Convection Ovens). Let the oven preheat a few minutes for the oven temperature to stabilize.
2. Take dough out to soften while oven preheats if dough was frozen. Dough can be baked straight from the refrigerator.
3. Use 9 x 13 Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Scoop and bake a MAXIMUM of 6 (2 oz.) or 12 (1 oz.)cookies per sheet.
5. Bake for 8-12 minutes, rotate pan 180 degrees half-way through baking. ALSO, because your cookies are hand-scooped and hand-rolled, they may need to be re-shaped.
6. Once done, let cool 5 minutes to set.
